智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月15日，中国健康科技集团(01069)股东将股票由昌利证券转入中国北方证券集团，转仓市值284.26万港元，占比5.64%。
此前中国健康科技集团发布公告，配售协议的所有条件已获达成，而配售事项已于2025年8月1日完成。合共1700万股配售股份已根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份0.28港元配发及发行予不少于六名承配人，相当于紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的本公司已发行股本约16.52%。
