oOh!media (ASX:OML) reported Monday that it swung to a loss of AU$0.021 per share in the first half of the year, from a profit of AU$0.011 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.05.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30 was AU$336.2 million, compared with AU$288.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$328.3 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.0225 per share, up from AU$0.0175 a year earlier, payable Sept.18 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 28.
The company expects an additional AU$1 million in restructuring costs for the New Zealand business in the fiscal second half to drive an annualized revenue benefit from AU$6 million to AU$7 million per annum from the fourth quarter onwards.
