E&P Capital 的企业咨询团队为中国乳业巨头蒙牛集团提供顾问服务，协助其出售位于新西兰 Pokeno 的价值2.568亿纽元的营养品制造厂给澳交所上市公司 a2 Milk。

高盛为 a2 Milk 提供顾问服务，协助其收购该制造厂，以及将其在营养品业务 Mataura Valley Milk 中的 1 亿纽元股份出售给新西兰最大的独立乳业制造商 Open Country Dairy。

此次 Pokeno 工厂交易在 a2 Milk 公布 2025 财年财报时宣布，该交易将帮助公司提高对 NZX 上市乳企 Synlait 生产的 a2 Platinum 婴幼儿配方奶的内部采购比例。同时，这也将让 a2 Milk 对供应链拥有更多控制权，并为其开拓中国市场销售提供潜力。

公司在声明中表示：“此次收购标志着公司向进入价值230亿纽元的中国标签婴幼儿配方奶市场迈出了重要一步，将推动创新，并支持我们核心婴幼儿配方奶业务的未来增长。”

a2 Milk 可在12个月内选择撤销交易，如果其未能获得中国标签注册。

该制造厂此前处于亏损状态。蒙牛于2019年以15亿澳元收购了澳交所上市公司 Bellamy’s，并在过去十多年中一直是澳洲乳业的主要投资者，早在2016年就投资了另一家婴幼儿配方奶生产企业——维多利亚州的 Burra Foods。
