智通财经APP获悉，据港交所公告，讯飞医疗（02506）于8月20日发布2025年中期业绩，上半年公司实现营收2.986亿元，同比增长30%，毛利1.539亿元，同比增长27%，毛利率稳居51.5%高位，盈利能力和增长性持续领跑行业。
技术创新方面，公司2025上半年研发投入1.34亿元，占营收比例45%，持续强化技术领先优势。作为行业唯一基于全国产算力训练的大模型，星火医疗大模型V2.5国际版于6月发布，并以高分登顶Medbench榜单，同时在心内科、儿科、呼吸内科综合诊疗能力达到三甲医院主治医生水平；同时，2025年3月首发“深度推理思考大模型”星火医疗大模型X1，并于7月实现升级，在全科辅助诊断、体检报告解读、健康咨询、导医导诊等通用医疗任务上持续保持业界大幅领先。
