Top Shelf International Holdings (ASX:TSI) appointed Rob Smith and Matthew Hutton of McGrathNicol as joint and several voluntary administrators of the company and its units, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The administrators will shortly start the recapitalization and sale process for the group, the filing said.
