智通财经APP讯，昆仑万维(300418.SZ)公告，公司拟以全资子公司昆仑集团为主体，对控股子公司Skywork(“天工”)增资2亿元。同时，北京昆仑互联网智能产业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“昆仑基金”)、北京蜜莱坞网络科技有限公司(简称“蜜莱坞”)也拟参与Skywork增资。其中昆仑基金拟以债转股形式，将前期先行提供的2亿元可转债转为本次出资;蜜莱坞拟出资1亿元。
公告显示，Skywork是公司AGI与AIGC业务的控股主体。Skywork坚定推进AI业务发展，聚焦大模型与多模态技术的研发与落地应用，在大模型和AIGC自主研发方面持续突破，现已构建了从底层通用技术到行业解决方案的全栈式技术体系，通过持续深耕基础模型研发，在算法优化、多模态数据融合等核心技术领域形成闭环能力。同时针对不同行业场景需求，打造垂类模型矩阵，实现技术赋能，现已形成AI大模型、AI智能助手、AI视频、AI音乐与音频、AI游戏、AI社交等垂类应用矩阵。
公告称，此次融资将有力推动公司筑牢人工智能赛道的核心竞争力，持续提升行业影响力，加速实现从中国领先的互联网平台出海企业向顶尖人工智能科技企业的跨越，全力推动公司AGI与AIGC业务板块的快速崛起。
