BrainsWay (BWAY) said Wednesday it will invest an initial $2.3 million to acquire a minority stake in Axis Integrated Mental Health, a management services organization with several mental health clinics in Colorado.
A potential $1 million in additional investment will be dependent on the achievement of milestones, the company said.
The move follows a deal in June to invest $5 million for a minority stake in Stella MSO, a management services organization servicing over 20 mental health clinics in the US and Israel.
The investments are part of a broader initiative "to accelerate access to and awareness of innovative mental health treatments, including Deep TMS Therapy," BrainsWay said.
