智通财经APP讯，佳辰控股(01937)发布公告，相对于截至2024年6月30日止六个月出现纯利约人民币900万元，预期集团于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得纯损不少于约人民币100万元。
董事会认为，转盈为亏主要源于(i)商业楼宇建筑施工行业的经济活动持续放缓，使集团于本期间的销售收益减少不少于20%，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月的销售收益则为约人民币1.09亿元;(ii)本期间毛利率较截至2024年6月30日止六个月减少不少于三个百分点;及(iii)合约资产及贸易应收款项及应收票据的减值增加不少于人民币200万元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月为约人民币78.9万元。
