AgriFORCE Growing Systems (AGRI) on Monday filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to potentially sell as much as $250 million worth of securities.
The filing covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants, units, or a combination of the four, according to the filing.
The company said it plans to use any net proceeds to buy more bitcoin mining servers, and for general corporate purposes, which includes strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, expanding assets, and repaying debt and other outstanding obligations.
Shares of AgriFORCE were down by more than 7% in recent trading.
