智通财经APP获悉，KLN(00636)早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨7.26%，报9.45港元，成交额3313.82万港元。
消息面上，KLN宣布，旗下医药物流公司KLN Pharma获健乔信元医药(香港)委任为在港的第四方物流服务供应商。根据协议，KLN Pharma将全面管理健乔信元医药的供应链，提供符合温控及时效要求的物流解决方案。此次合作涵盖全方位的物流服务，包括为健乔信元医药多元心血管产品线提供进货物流、库存管理、订单履行、营销物流、分销及法规支援。
值得注意的是，今年4月，嘉里物流正式更名为“KLN”。对于更名原因，公司董事会解释称，自2021年顺丰控股股份有限公司完成对其部分收购要约后，该公司便一直积极建立独特的品牌形象与文化，以此过渡所有权变更。近年来，其已更广泛地采用“KLN”品牌，减少“嘉里”名称的使用频率。该公司董事会认为，“KLN”已发展成为家喻户晓的品牌，客户也习惯了该品牌。
