消息面上，2025年8月11日，由砂拉越能源与环境可持续发展部(MEESty)主办的 “政企对接日暨砂拉越能源转型政策(SET-P)启动仪式”在古晋盛大启幕，旨在推动砂拉越打造区域绿色能源与可持续燃料枢纽。峰会期间，三家国际企业与砂拉越州民都鲁港口控股有限公司(以下简称 “BPHB”)达成合作签约。国富氢能作为这三家签约企业中唯一的中国企业，与BPHB正式签署合作意向书，这标志着国富氢能成为首个探索中国企业与砂拉越本地企业合作的大型氢能工程解决方案企业。
据介绍，此次合作以 “港口+氢能” 一体化为核心，首期聚焦东南亚首座10吨/天液氢示范项目落地。项目拟依托BPHB旗下民都鲁港深水码头与物流枢纽优势，规划液氢生产、储存及出口一体化设施，优先满足砂拉越本地交通与工业高纯氢需求，剩余产量探索出口其他市场。其核心优势在于深度整合砂拉越丰富的水能、光伏等绿电资源，通过“绿电制绿氢”闭环提供氢能全链条低碳解决方案。
