智通财经APP讯，中国铁钛(00893)发布公告，集团预期2025年上半年将取得归属于公司拥有人的纯利不多于约人民币150万元，而2024年上半年则取得归属于公司拥有人的亏损净额约人民币20万元。
2025年上半年的估计财务业绩有所改善，主要源于：(a)(i)担保费收入增加;及(ii)终止确认若干应付款项，令其他收入增加;(b)在并无于2024年上半年取得的出售固定资产的亏损及若干非经常性开支的情况下，其他开支减少;(c)中国平均资金成本下降令财务成本减少。
上述各项(i)获集团设施管理服务分部稳定的收入来源支持，但(ii)主要受较高的环保合规成本及产量下降(由与高品位铁矿场业务相关的持续升级及逐步扩展工程引致)造成的较低规模经济效益影响而被部分抵销。
