智通财经APP讯，升华兰德(08106)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得亏损约人民币4.7万元，而于2024年同期的亏损约为人民币792万元。
于有关期间，集团提供智慧城市解决方案业务分部亏损大幅缩小，主要由于(i)集团积极开拓客户市场，提高项目交付效率，实现该业务分部收入有所增长;(ii)各项运营成本及开支大幅减少，主要是人力成本投入得到有效的压缩;及(iii)拨回应收账款及应收票据减值亏损，去年同期则取得应收账款及应收票据减值亏损。因此，预期集团有关期间业绩将较去年同期大幅改善。
