Highfield Resources Ltd (ASX股票代码:HFR) 周一披露，中国五矿集团（CMC）及其子公司青海盐湖工业（QSL）已决定不再继续推进拟议的战略交易。

消息引发强烈抛盘，HFR周一暴跌44.90%。

Highfield同时确认，去年9月与兖矿能源达成的通过收购兖煤加拿大公司以获得Southey钾肥项目注入的实施协议尚未终止（但任何一方仍可随时终止）。

HFR最新价0.135澳元，已发行股本4.74亿股，市值6400万澳元。

截止上季度末公司账面现金结余643万澳元。
