真灼8月17日消息，招商证券(06099.HK)近日股价表现强劲，8月15日周五收盘涨幅达6.34%，引发市场关注。这一涨幅高于近期市场平均表现，成交量也显著放大，显示出市场对该股的关注度与交易活跃度大幅提升。
消息面上，除资本市场改革政策推进、央行“证券、基金、保险公司互换便利（SFISF）”新业务利好等因素外，当日港股中资券商股午后出现明显拉升行情成为推动招商证券股价上涨的重要市场动力。板块内多只个股午后快速走高，市场资金对券商板块的关注度急剧上升，带动招商证券股价顺势上行。同时，7月14日招银国际获批香港虚拟资产交易服务相关牌照，作为其背后关联的招商证券也因牌照价值重估等因素持续受到市场关注。
财务方面，2025年第一季度报告显示，公司实现营业总收入47.13亿元，净利润23.08亿元，良好的财务状况为股价提供基本面支撑。
