智通财经APP讯，加幂科技(08198)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年6月30日止6个月期间将取得不少于2300万港元的净亏损(待核数师审阅及视乎购股权的估值而定)，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月期间(同期)的净亏损为约300万港元。净亏损增加主要是由于本期间授出购股权的一次性购股权开支;Web3.0业务的研发开支增加;及本期间根据预期信贷亏损模型取得减值亏损拨备净额(减值亏损)， 而同期拨回减值亏损约500万港元。
