智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，于2025年8月15日，公司获RSM HK Business Advisory Limited(RSM)告知，根据(i)公司(作为借款人)与金利丰财务有限公司(放款人)于2019年3月26日就贷款1.942亿港元订立的贷款协议;(ii)公司(作为押记人)与放款人于2020年1月21日就公司所有固定物业及资产(不论其性质及现时及日后位于何处)订立的债权证;及(iii)星铂企业有限公司(星铂，作为押记人)与放款人于2020年1月21日就星铂所有固定物业及资产(不论其性质及现时及日后位于何处)订立的债权证，于2025年8月15日，放款人委任RSM的 Chan Leung Lee先生及Wu Shek Chun先生(接管人)为公司及星铂各自所有资产的共同及个别接管人。
