安阳江川最近收到河南省安阳市北关区人民法院就该等公告所述判决发出的执行通知书(安阳建筑案执行通知书)及报告财产令(安阳建筑案报告财产令)。根据安阳建筑案执行通知书，上述判决已经生效，而有关中国法院下令安阳江川向安阳前建筑服务供应商支付判决所订金额，即以下各项的合计金额(i)约人民币390万元(即未付建筑费用、违约利息及法院费用之总和);及自2013年1月24日起直至付款日期止的应计利息。根据安阳建筑案报告财产令，安阳江川亦须向有关中国法院报告其目前以及收到安阳建筑案执行通知书前年度的财务状况。倘安阳江川未能遵守安阳建筑案执行通知书，其可能面临额外后果，包括但不限于记入信用记录及列入失信被执行人名单等。
安阳江川正与有关中国法院和安阳前建筑服务供应商联系以商讨安阳建筑案执行通知书的执行细节及确实可行的偿还方式，包括但不限于分期付款及其他安排。
