StarHub (SGX:CC3) granted 3,687,400 shares at SG$1.18 per share under its performance share plan, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in Monday trading.
The company also granted 3,997,500 shares under its restricted stock plan at SG$1.18 per share.
