消息面上，瑞和数智拟于8月22日(本周五)举行董事会会议考虑及批准中期业绩。此前，瑞和数智发布中期业绩盈利预喜，预估2025上半年业绩收入扭亏为盈，盈利约4300万至4400万元人民币。主要源于前瞻性投资布局的丰厚回报、公司管理层经营效率的显著提升以及持续推进的降本增效。
今年7月，瑞和数智宣布拟斥资8000万港元布局加密货币资产与Web3.0赛道，响应香港政府推动虚拟资产产业发展的政策，计划通过投资数字资产、培育链上金融资源，加速传统金融服务的链上化转型，聚焦大中华区数字资产服务。此外，与上海源庐加佳信息科技有限公司合作，将共同打造以国产GPU为核心的“硬件+软件+产业解决方案”一体化能力。
