智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月15日，中加国信(00899)股东将股票存入元库证券，存仓市值384.63万港元，占比5.96%。
7月16日，中加国信接获一份由代表债权人行事的律师根据香港法例第32章《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》第178(1)(a)条或第327(4)(a)条发出的法定要求偿债书，(i)要求公司支付债权人合共总额1112.34万港元，即就债权人与公司所订立服务协议中未偿还应付债权人的服务费用；(ii)指倘公司未能于法定要求偿债书送达公司3个星期内偿付该款项或就该款项提供令债权人满意之担保或付款安排，则债权人可呈交清盘呈请，向法庭寻求颁令将公司清盘。
