Charter Hall Retail REIT Posts Lower Fiscal 2025 Operating Earnings, Revenue

Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) reported Monday fiscal 2025 operating earnings of AU$0.2538 per unit, down from AU$0.2736 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.26, excluding extraordinary items.

Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30 was AU$198 million, compared with AU$215.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$244.4 million.

The company expects fiscal 2026 operating earnings of around AU$0.263 per unit, reflecting a 3.5% growth, and distributions of AU$0.254 per unit, representing a 2.8% increase.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect earnings of AU$0.26 per unit, excluding extraordinary items.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.124 per share, unchanged from the previous year, payable Aug. 29 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
