【Wormhole基金会就收购Stargate跨链桥与LayerZero展开竞争，拟提出高于1.1亿美元报价】金色财经报道，Wormhole 基金会发文表示，此前 LayerZero 基金会提议以 1.1 亿美元收购 Stargate 跨链桥及其 STG 代币，Wormhole 认为该报价过低，低估了 Stargate 的强劲增长，Wormhole 基金会准备提交一个更高的报价，并请求暂停正在进行的快照投票 5 个工作日。 此前 8 月 11 日，LayerZero 基金会提议以 1.1 亿美元收购 Stargate 跨链桥及其 STG 代币。根据提案条款，STG 代币将停用，STG 持有者可以将其代币兑换为 LayerZero 原生代币 ZRO，兑换比例为 1 STG 兑换 0.08634 ZRO，相当于每枚 STG 价值 0.1675 美元，每枚 ZRO 价值 1.94 美元。
