BlockBeats 消息，8 月 24 日，据《日经新闻》报道，日本金融服务局（FSA）计划要求审查 2026 财年对加密货币交易的处理方式，并计划参考对上市股票的处理方式。该请求将于 8 月底正式提出，包括将加密货币收益转移到单独的税级，并适用 20% 的统一税率。作为税收改革的一部分，业内企业还要求将亏损结转三年。目前，加密货币收入在日本被视为“杂项收入”，累进税率最高可达 55%，且不包括地方税。
日本金融厅的提议还将促进日本企业更容易推出国内加密货币 ETF，以提升日本加密货币行业的竞争力。除了税收改革之外，金融厅还计划在 2026 年制定一项立法法案，将加密货币纳入《金融工具和交易法》，成为一种“金融产品”，而不是《支付服务法》所监管的“支付手段”。
