智通财经APP讯，众淼控股(01471)公布，于2025年8月22日，该公司拟向李焰白及柴红收购北京科创融鑫科技股份有限公司合共55%的股权，代价为现金人民币1.65亿元，可根据协议条款予以调整。
目标公司为财务资产数字化的专业服务提供商。专注于银行业现金资产数字化的方向，目标公司凭借向金融机构提供与第二代货币发行物流管理系统、人民币现金集中数字分类外包服务及人民币序列号流通管理系统相关的硬件及软件。该等产品及服务为金融机构管理升级、数据安全及信息技术应用创新升级提供支援。
董事认为，收购事项可令公司巩固其于财务资产数字化领域的地位，丰富其产品线，同时加速其保险代理服务的数未升级。此将加强集团的研发能力，并进一步提升其整体竞争力。于收购事项后，目标公司将成为公司非全资附属公司，此将促进资本化成果、提升目标公司的市场形象及为目标公司创造新的业务增长机会。
