配售事项的所得款项最高总额将为 4.41 亿港元，净额估计约为 4.36 亿港元，将用于 Web3 领域的业务发展，包括 Web3 游戏研发与推广、基础设施建设、项目投资与战略合作等，以及集团业务营运资金及一般企业用途。
博雅互动同时恢复交易，截止发稿，博雅互动 (HK:00434) 现报 8 港元，盘中涨幅达 5.68%。
今年 3 月，博雅互动（0434.HK）公告，博雅互动比特币总持有量增至 3350 枚，持仓均价 58627 美元。
