GRC (SGX:S3N) unit, GRC Buxton, was awarded a design and construction award by HousingFirst worth AU$36.6 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Under the contract, the company will design and construct a housing development comprising 68 apartments in Victoria, Australia.
Shares of the company surged over 9% at the close of trade on Friday.
