智通财经APP讯，星悦康旅(03662)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占溢利不少于人民币2300万元，而2024年同期约为人民币8160万元。
董事会认为该跌幅主要由于下列因素所致：(i)自去年以来，为应对房地产市场及经济持续下行带来的冲击，经过多轮决策，公司决定调整经营策略，主动退出盈利差、风险高的项目，基于审慎财务原则，对涉及的项目应收款项计提了充分拨备，导致经营规模及利润下降;(ii)过往年度收购的若干附属公司受上述经营策略调整影响，经营规模收缩，需就商誉确认减值亏损;(iii)为提升业主满意度及应对加剧的市场竞争，集团加大对在管项目的资源投放，持续优化物业服务质量。
此外，公司预计集团的业绩，包括经营策略调整带来的利润减少，将在未来一至两年内趋于稳定。
