智通财经APP讯，威讯控股(01087)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得净亏损减少至约人民币1200万元至人民币1600万元，而于截至2024年6月30日止六个月则取得约人民币4050万元，主要乃由于(i)期内投资物业公允价值亏损较截至2024年6月30日止六个月的约人民币1490万元有所减少;及(ii)期内毛利较截至2024年6月30日止六个月的约人民币2330万元有所增加，原因为集团于中国的资讯科技基础设施系统整合业务的销售表现有所改善。集团投资物业公允价值亏损为非现金项目且对集团的现金流量及营运并无即时影响。
