ChainCatcher 消息，据 LayerZero 官方宣布，Stargate DAO 已批准其对 Stargate (STG) 的收购。StargateDAO 成员以 95% 的投票赞成此次收购，STG 持有者将能够在周一将其代币转换为 ZRO。
8 月 11 日，LayerZero 基金会提议以 1.1 亿美元收购 Stargate 跨链桥及其 STG 代币。根据提案条款，STG 代币将停用，STG 持有者可以将其代币兑换为 LayerZero 原生代币 ZRO，兑换比例为 1 STG 兑换 0.08634 ZRO，相当于每枚 STG 价值 0.1675 美元，每枚 ZRO 价值 1.94 美元。
