智通财经APP讯，中国外运(00598)发布公告，内容有关公司拟自2025年7月31日起12个月内增持安通控股股份。拟增持事项原设定的增持价格为不超过人民币3.20元/股(含本数);截至本公告之日，公司已通过集中竞价交易方式增持安通控股1154.59万股股份，约占安通控股总股本的0.27%，已增持金额约为人民币0.37亿元(不含税费)。
鉴于安通控股的股价已经超过人民币3.20元/股，公司将根据第四届董事会第十五次会议的授权，由董事长结合市场情况，在法律法规允许的条件下，择机开展增持交易(不受原设定增持价格上限的约束)。除上文所述外，拟增持事项的其他事项不变。
