观点网讯：8月24日，恒隆地产有限公司（简称“恒隆地产”）宣布了截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期股息更新公告。
根据公告，恒隆地产将向股东派发每股0.12港元的普通股息，股东可以选择现金形式接收，或者将现金股息转换为代息股份，转换价格为每股8.04港元。
于记录日期营业时间结束时，恒隆地产已发行股份数目为5,002,011,935股。倘并无接获任何以股代息股份的选择，则公司应付的现金股息总额将约为600,241,432港元。
此次股息派发的现金股息转换为代息股份的首个买卖日期定于2025年9月24日，同时，这也是寄发股票的日期。股东可以选择部分现金及部分新股的方式收取股息，而零碎股份的处理方式为不发行新股的零碎配额，任何剩余股息权利将以现金形式派付给相关股东，且向下约整至最接近的仙位数。
股权登记截止时间为2025年9月10日16:30，除净日为2025年8月13日，而为符合获取股息分派而递交股份过户文件的最后期限为2025年8月14日16:30。股份过户登记手续将从2025年8月15日至2025年8月15日暂停办理，股息派发日则为2025年9月24日。
