China Art Financial (HKG:1572) partnered with Shenzhen Zhixin Youxiang to promote the development of the intelligent charging pile industry, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Shares of the art financial integrated services company fell over 1% in afternoon trade Friday.
Both sides will work together to support the construction and development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in China, the company said.
