快科技8月23日消息，索尼已经在官网发布公告，宣布陆续在欧洲、中国台湾地区恢复Xperia 1 VII手机销售。
此前索尼Xperia 1 VII上市后，出现了大规模的频繁死机等问题，因此暂停了日本、中国台湾、中国香港等多个市场的销售。
随后索尼经过调查确认，此问题是生产过程存在零件瑕疵，导致可能发生电路板故障，造成自动关机、重启、无法开机等异常情形。
索尼表示，在Xperia 1 VII停售后，采取了一系列措施来解决问题，包括：
-立即更改生产流程，确保未来出货产品不会出现问题
-整理好受影响的手机序列号，并在官网向用户提供更换新机指南
-主动联系直接从索尼直营渠道购买手机的用户
依照机型版本不同，索尼从7月24日起分批次为受影响的用户提供免费换机服务。
索尼还提供了一个查询网站，用户可以通过输入手机的IMEI码来确认自己的设备是否属于本次回收更换的批次。
如果用户确认自己的设备属于受影响批次，线下购买的可以选择前往原购买店家进行后续处理，网上购买的可前往索尼服务站与索尼客服中心联系。
值得注意的是，索尼集团CFO Sue Lin道歉时曾表态，索尼不会关闭智能手机业务。
