当地时间8月19日路特斯科技有限公司宣布已与总部位于纽约的投资机构ATW Partners签署证券购买协议。根据协议公司将向ATW Partners发行总本金金额最高达3亿美元的可转换票据该票据可转换为公司普通股并以美国存托凭证（ADS）的形式持有。正如此前所宣布的公司还于2025年7月28日与浙江吉利控股集团有限公司签署了《主信贷框架协议》。根据协议吉利同意（包括通过其附属公司）向公司及其附属公司提供最高人民币16亿元（约2亿美元）的非循环信贷额度。
