* 花旗在报告中表示，将华润电力目标价下调4.4%至21.5港元，该公司上半年净利同比降15.9%至78.72亿港元，远低于花旗预测的同比增2%，主要因为超预期的风电和光伏电价下调、减值损失、人民币/港元升值、煤矿亏损。不过，分拆新能源业务于A股上市后，华润电力有空间提高派息率。
