于报告期间净利润减少的主要原因为智能汽车整灯业务板块利润减少，具体为：(i)汽车行业2025年上半年竞争加剧，阶段性导致销售单价下降;及(ii)为了拓展集团未来业务发展，积极落实战略布局，正在投入建设广州领为视觉大湾区总部及研发基地，导致相关费用有所上升。尽管上述投入阶段性增加了报告期间的成本支出，但有助于提升集团技术实力与订单获取能力，为集团的长期增长奠定坚实基础。
