该诉讼于周四在加州北区法院提起，指控马斯克的 xAI 公司造成了广泛的市场混乱，损害了 Xai 的品牌。
Xai 背后的特拉华州公司 Ex Populus 表示，自 2023 年 6 月以来，该公司一直在美国商业中使用 XAI 商标，包括通过其区块链游戏生态系统和 $XAI 代币。
