法国工业气体供应商Air Liquide周五宣布，已与麦格理资产管理签署协议，以28.5亿欧元收购韩国的DIG Airgas。
该公司指出，是次购买将由结构性过渡贷款支持，并通过债券发行进行融资。该笔交易需经韩国监管机构批准，预计将在2026年上半年完成。
