大河财立方记者获悉，8月21日，阿里巴巴于港交所公告称，董事会宣布，斑马正在寻求斑马股份于香港联交所主板独立上市。
截至目前，阿里巴巴持有斑马约44.72%的股份，斑马股权结构的若干拟议调整及拟议分拆完成后，阿里巴巴将继续持有斑马超过30%的股份，斑马已向香港联交所提交上市申请。
据了解，斑马主要从事智能座舱解决方案的开发，并提供三类解决方案包括系统级OS解决方案、AI全栈端到端解决方案和车载平台服务。
公告称，分拆上市将有助于更好地反映斑马网络的价值，提高其运营及财务透明度，并使其能够独立进入资本市场融资。香港联交所已授予阿里巴巴豁免，无需向现有股东提供斑马网络股份的保证配额权利。
