The new services include direct domestic intermodal services between Southern California and Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jacksonville, Florida, as well as a service connecting Phoenix, Arizona, and Atlanta, Georgia, designed to shift freight from road to rail. Additionally, the introduction of direct international intermodal services will connect the Port of New York and New Jersey, and Norfolk, Virginia, with Kansas City.
