上半年，面对复杂多变的行业环境，本集团加快转变升级，持续发挥“市场+产业”优势。本集团的主要业务活动及收益来源来自经营交易中心和科创园的物业租赁业务及物业开发业务出售部分科创园单位。截至于2025年6月30日止6个月，本集团的业务并没有重大变动，但收益和期内溢利相比去年同期分别增加了约1.7%及124.3%，主要由于出租率上升及投资物业估值亏损减少所致。
