智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月21日，能量及能量环球(01142)股东将股票存入汇富金融服务，存仓市值57.68亿港元，占比20.46%。
能源及能量环球日前被香港证监会点名股权高度集中。由于股权高度集中于数目不多的股东，即使少量股份成交，股份价格也可能大幅波动，香港证监会提醒股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。
8月13日，能源及能量环球发布公告称董事会已议决采取措施以核实香港证监会公告所述事项。根据可得资料及就董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知，董事确认，于2025年7月31日及本公布日期不少于25%的已发行股份由公众人士持有，且公司已维持上市规则规定的足够公众持股量。
