格隆汇8月22日丨永利澳门(01128.HK)发布公告，有关发行于2026年到期的2.50亿美元5.500厘额外优先票据(其已与原票据合并并组成一个单一系列，统称为“2026年票据”)，其提出根据2026年票据契约的条款及条件行使其选择权，以于2025年9月2日(“赎回日期”)悉数赎回2026年票据。2026年票据将按相等于将予赎回的2026年票据本金金额100%的赎回价赎回，另加截至赎回日期(但不包括当日)的应计及未付利息。
于2025年8月20日(即本公告刊发前的最后实际可行日期)营业时间结束时，2026年票据的尚未偿还的本金总额为10亿美元。公司将使用其内部资源支付2026年票据的未偿还本金以及应计及未付利息。悉数赎回未偿还的2026年票据后，所有已赎回的2026年票据将予以注销。因此，公司将于赎回日期进行赎回后向联交所申请将2026年票据于联交所退市。
