南方财经8月22日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，云南葩趣贸易有限公司发生工商变更，周巍卸任法定代表人、执行董事、总经理，刘舒霜接任法定代表人并担任董事、经理。此外，上海葩趣文化创意有限公司、甘肃葩趣贸易有限公司均发生高管变更。云南葩趣贸易有限公司、上海葩趣文化创意有限公司、甘肃葩趣贸易有限公司分别成立于2020年9月、2021年5月、2021年5月，注册资本分别为100万人民币、1000万人民币、100万人民币，经营范围包括货物进出口、技术进出口、进出口代理等。股东信息显示，上述三家企业均由北京泡泡玛特文化创意有限公司全资持股。
