智通财经APP讯，深圳控股(00604)公布，经计入对于公司的香港上市联营公司路劲基建有限公司(01098)的权益于2025年6月30日的账面值作出减值的损失约13亿港元，预期该集团于2025年上半年将取得权益股东应占未经审核综合亏损约25亿港元至27亿港元之间。2024年同期取得权益股东应占未经审核综合亏损约11亿港元。
公告称，预期权益股东应占净亏损大幅增加主要归因于该期间巳确认对路劲作出的重大减值损失及集团于该期间分占路劲的亏损有所增加。本次对于路劲长期股权投资已做了充分减值拨备，后续其业绩将不会对集团造成重大负面影响。
