智通财经APP讯，英恒科技(01760)发布公告，于2025年8月22日，公司(作为借款人)及公司的直接全资附属公司英恒科技(中国)有限公司(作为担保人)，与由恒生银行有限公司(作为代理行、委任牵头安排行及簿记行)及其他作为贷款人的银团(统称为“贷款人”)订立一份融资协议，将按照融资协议所载的条款及条件获得一笔本金总额9000万美元，并有一项弹性增减选择权将该本金总额增加至总共不超过1.20亿美元的银团贷款。
融资的最后还款日期为首次提款日期起计届满36个月的日期。融资的目的是公司于2023年2月14日的公告披露的现有银团贷款，在2026年3月或之前到期偿还前，全部进行再融资，及为集团一般营运资金需求提供资金。
