智通财经APP讯，俊知集团(01300)发布公告，公司预期集团2025年上半年取得溢利约人民币2500万元，相较截至2024年6月30日止六个月取得的未经审核溢利约人民币4090万元，减少了约38.9%。集团溢利减少的主要受以下因素影响：
(1)集团初部评估2025年上半年取得预期信贷亏损模式下的减值亏损扣除回拨约为人民币1780万元，同比2024年上半年增加了约137.8%，受2025年上半年贸易应收款项账龄略微增长所致;及
(2)2025年上半年集团其他收入约为人民币430万元，同比2024年上半年减少了约74.0%，主要受2025年上半年增值税抵免优惠完结以及利息收入减少所致。
