九毛九上半年溢利为5871万元 同比减少13.7%
8月22日，九毛九（09922）发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩公告。公司在此期间录得收入27.53亿元，同比减少10.1%，主要由于餐厅数量减少及同店销售下降。期间溢利为5871万元，较去年同期的6797万元减少13.7%。核心经营利润也显著下降，从2024年的1.56亿元降至2025年的9814万元，核心经营利润率也从5.1%降至3.6%。
在管理层讨论与分析中提到，公司在面临严峻的外部环境时，积极调整业务策略，优化餐厅网络。餐厅数量由2024年的771间减少至729间，其中太二品牌的餐厅数量由614间减少至566间。自营餐厅的翻座率和翻台率均有所下降，太二自营餐厅的翻座率从2.7降至2.2，九毛九自营餐厅的翻座率从1.8降至1.5。顾客人均消费略有上升，太二的顾客人均消费从71元增至73元，九毛九从56元增至57元。
在业务分部方面，太二的收入占比仍然最高，达到70.8%，但较上年的73.4%有所下降。九毛九的收入也下降至8.2%，主要由于餐厅数量和翻台率的减少。其他收入部分表现较好，增长了75.6%，这主要是由于山外面餐厅数量增加和向第三方销售货品的收入增加。整体来看，公司在市场份额的竞争中持续努力，通过优化品牌组合和提升顾客体验来应对外部挑战。
