8月21日消息，中国金融科技集团信也科技公布2025年第二季度未经审计财务业绩。报告显示，公司二季度实现营收35.8亿元人民币，净利润7.5亿元人民币。经营层面，当季促成交易额达540亿元，同比增长10.9%；在贷余额775亿元，同比增长18.1%。截至二季度末，信也科技已累计为国内外近3660万用户提供信贷科技服务。
伴随多项刺激消费政策持续释放积极信号，信也科技当季国内促成交易额508亿元，同比增长9.5%；在贷余额754亿元，同比增长17.4%。小微业务方面，二季度信也科技服务43万家国内小微用户，促成交易额153亿元，同比增长7%，占当季集团国内交易额的30%。
二季度国际业务交易额突破32亿元，同比增长39%；营收近8.0亿元，同比增长41.5%，占集团总营收的22.3%。截至二季度末，海外累计服务用户达870万人，业务布局持续多元化拓展。
6月，信也科技宣布总额为1.5亿美元、将于2030年到期的可转换优先票据发行完成。
